1. Data controller

Aisovel, operated by a natural person domiciled in Colombia, is the controller of the personal data you share through this site. Contact: contacto@aisovel.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide when completing the contact form: full name, work email, phone (optional), company name, job title and the message you write.

This site does not collect personal data automatically through tracking cookies. You can see the details in our Cookie Policy.

3. Purpose of processing

• To contact you in order to learn about your company and confirm whether an Aisovel diagnosis is the right next step.
• To answer the enquiries you send through the form or the contact email.

We do not use your data for purposes other than those described here, and we neither sell it nor transfer it to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

4. Legal basis for processing

The processing of your data is based on the consent you give freely and voluntarily when you submit the contact form on this site.

5. Third parties involved

The contact form uses FormSubmit, an external provider that forwards the submitted content directly to the address contacto@aisovel.com. This provider acts as a processor solely for the purpose of delivering the message, and we do not use it for any other purpose.

6. Data retention

Your data is kept in the Aisovel inbox for as long as needed to handle your request, or until you ask for it to be deleted.

7. Your rights (Habeas Data, Colombia)

Under Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing decrees, you have the right to access, update, rectify and delete your personal data, as well as to withdraw the authorisation you gave, by writing to contacto@aisovel.com.

8. Additional rights for users in the European Union (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union, in addition to the rights above you have the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your country of residence.

9. Information security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, without prejudice to the risks inherent in the use of the internet.
